Just spent 4 nights being spoiled by Helen and Dave at this beautiful place. I can certainly say that all of the excellent ratings on Trip Advisor are well deserved. From booking to departure everything went smoothly. Helen and Dave are entertaining and gracious hosts who make their guests feel comfortable and at home. Just ask if you need anything because they are more than happy to help you. They helped us tremendously with securing our rental car reservation for our arrival back in Boston.
Breakfast is served at the time you request and there are ample menu selections. The fresh fruit with yogurt was divine and the coffee was exactly what I needed to kick start the day. Be sure to try Helen’s homemade bread while you are there. Being from the US, I was not accustomed to having mushrooms, tomatoes, and baked beans as part of breakfast but by the time I left, it all seemed quite natural. The breakfasts were all delicious and beautifully plated each morning. You will not be tempted to snack all day because the breakfast portions are so generous.
We stayed in the Savannah Room which had plenty of space for 2 people. I appreciated the large sparkling clean bathroom and all of the amenities provided. We slept soundly each night and only occasionally heard a passing jet since Heathrow is nearby. Overall the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The location and price are both huge perks. We would certainly return and would recommend this B & B to others without hesitation!! Helen and Dave are the best so book here and find out for yourself.
I can not thank you enough for this wonderful review. We did so enjoy having you two to stay as you are such fun and lovely people. We mainly have guests stay for 1 night and it is a joy when they stay longer as we can get to know them.

The savannah was a lovely B&B and would definitely visit again. Needed somewhere close to a wedding venue and it was prime location. Felt very welcome and food was lovely. Would highly recommend Purley for the service and then home from home feel.

Arranged to stay overnight on our way back to Norfolk from the south coast. What a find! Wonderful welcome from Helen and David and shown to a lovely bright, clean room. All the mod cons of a beautiful B&B room were available to us. Very comfortable beds and ulta modern ensuite bathroom.
Helen and David were wonderful hosts and provided a lovely multi choice breakfast, I recommend 'Davids full english'. A wonderful B&B, many places of interest to visit nearby, will be booking again soon.

What a lovely B&B. Our room was really nice, with lovely bedding & a great shower. Fantastic breakfast, best B&B breakfast ever. We were looked after by Helen & David. We will definitely be going back next year.
