Being from Thailand it is hard to find good Thai food in Cleveland but Thai Thai Restaurant serves food reminiscent of home. They do not hold back on the spices or flavors so all the food is very authentic. Probably the best Thai food I've had in the metro Cleveland area. Highly recommend the basil chicken.

Good and authentic Thai at a reasonable price. Friendly owner and staff. They are around the corner from us and we hit them up at least once a week. They've never disappointed.

Chicken Pad ki mao is my personal fave.

Gave this place a try on a Friday afternoon. Glad I did. Simple menu even for someone that does not know Thai food well. Comfortable place for a quick lunch with great service.

Ordered the Kra Praow which was delicious and hot. Had a fried egg on top which was well done (the way I prefer). Food was great and under $10.

Worth checking out. I plan to be back.

Thank Paul H

This place was a hole in a wall—just a few tables and some bar stools along a counter lining one wall. And there was no air conditioning. The front door was propped open and an electric fan was going, which instantly brought back memories of little mom and pop eating places popular in Asia. But the place was clean. And they served amazingly authentic Thai street food, which was to die for! This was indeed, a family-ran place. Kiwi, the daughter of the family, was our server. The only server in the place, she remained personable, friendly and attentive. When she is off, her brother takes her place. Her family recently moved here from Boston (where they previously ran 2 bigger restaurants); but now, they proudly call Cleveland home. Kiwi’s mother is the restaurant’s only cook. Mom gets sick--the place closes, until she is better. Prices were obscenely cheap, even as servings were surprisingly generous. They successfully toned down the spice for us and everything we ordered was simply scrumptious: North East Sausage (Pork sausage stuffed with rice and spice herbs, $5.50), Kao Pad (Fried Rice with tofu, egg, Chinese broccoli, sweet onion, tomatoes and Cilantro, $8.95), Som Tum Thai (Thai green papaya salad with tomato, carrot, green beans, fresh chili, lime, fish sauce, and roasted peanuts, $7.95) and Massaman Curry (Mild and sweet coconut curry with potatoes, onions, carrots, green curry, and roasted peanuts with chicken, $10.95). Be warned: this place is not for the finicky. Casual is the key: shorts and flip-flops, perfect. We most definitely plan to come back to explore the rest of their menu, try their desserts and perhaps sample some bubble tea. We can’t wait.
