We had a bad experience today showed up early for our tee time and advised we could get on immediately because of a pending outing on the Meadows course where we were playing. With players in front and behind us we managed to get 7 holes played and were advised that we would have to go to Woodlands play our 9 holes because the outing was going to start in 10 minutes. We were advised after we completed our 9 we could return to the Meadows and complete our round. Unfortunately when we returned to the Meadows course 8th hole the outing was still in progress. We returned to the club house and were advised we should go and play holes 1 and 2 on the Meadows and were given a $10 coupon. When we returned to the first hole on Meadows there 3 groups in front so needless to say we quit. We returned our $10 coupons and advised the desk employee we would never be back. It appears there was a total lack of planning and very little consideration given to the golfers who were not playing in the outing. The course was in fair condition being extremely wet due to the watering on new seeds(this can be expected) with the bunkers in poor condition. If you hit into a bunker the sand was like trying to hit off blacktop.
