The place was nothing terribly special, but nothing horrible. It was clean, and well taken care of, and nice to be able to get a cup of coffee and bite easily in the morning in the lobby. It was funny though, we got a room with a kitchen, and we had to request all of our dishes at the front desk and they gave them to us in a plastic tub to take to the room. Kind of odd, but OK. Great location and close to all things Cleveland. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. I found a cheaper rate online than their advertised price, and was completely wowed by my experience. I wish I would have known about the full kitchen in the rooms, because I would have prepared for my weekend stay as such.

I had to call three times to their reservation office and I have still not received an e-mail confirmation as I requested all three times. The first one misspelled my e-mail address. Understandable. I corrected it with the second phone call. Still no confirmation. Third time was not the charm. She was the worst customer service person I have talked to in a long time. First, I could barely understand what she was saying. Then when I asked her to repeat my e-mail address, she said that she already repeated it three times. Too bad -- repeat it again when asked by your customer. Her name was Alexandria - I believe. I know that I will never use Extended Stay again. Unfortunately for your company, my decision is solely based on her rudeness.

I was pretty concerned about having to check in at 2 am on a long car trip, as I know the front desk staff is often busy at that hour. But to my great relief, they were prepared for me, efficient and helpful and friendly. They even had a set of dishes for me. The room was adequately clean (although smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room) and everything worked fine. The motel has a fitness center, as do some of the better ESA's these days. The front desk allowed me to check out a little late the next day. The area was safe and the price was excellent. Definitely recommended!!
I was leaving early the next morning to fly out of the Cleveland Airport and needed a cheap place to stay for the night. Got a exceptional deal with Priceline express deals - they even indicated this hotel name which was unusual.
Nothing fancy, just a clean and comfortable place, easily accessed of the highway exit and about 5 miles from the airport.
I did not get to try the breakfast as it was not ready when I left at 445am. However I did inquire upon check-in if they could have a "to go" bag ready as normally these continental breakfasts just consist of a muffin or granola bar and fruit..however was told NO. Not sure why they could not accommodate that request, Regardless great value for my money and would look at staying again.
