Good value, good location. But our was located on the front portion of the motel near the road and also near the railroad. The train runs throughout the day and night. Breakfast area was in an outdoor patio area, which was quite brisk in late August. I would probably stay here again but request a room away from the railway.

The room was clean and spacious, with continental breakfast and wifi included. Bathroom was spotless! The staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Was glad I stayed there.

I booked 3 nights but stayed there only one night. The hotel is kind of run down. My room is full of mosquitos - hundred of them toward the top of the walls - and all around the balcony outside the room. Luckily, they just sat idle and easily being killed. Continental breakfast includes a lot of package bakery item, juice, yogurt, fruit, quite decent. Wi-Fi never worked the whole time we were there even though we talked to the front desk quite a few times. We have the front room and very noisy from the train running across the street all day and night, at least on the hour. It does have a hot tube, but the pool is cold even during the day.

Room Tip: Get the room all the way to the back

This is a motel which for me is a throwback to the 1950s. However, rooms have been updated. The bathrooms are a bit dated. However, everything is spotlessly clean, good towels and toiletries. Beds extremely comfortable with the right support after a full day of walking (9 miles worth) at the park. Felt great in the morning. Breakfast served in a huge screened in porch area. Lots of variety- bagels, fresh donuts from a shop, packaged pastry, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff is very friendly. We arrived after midnight after a 7 hour drive and the young man checking me in was helpful and cheery, despite the late hour. It was only about 10 minutes to Cedar Point. Will return.

Room Tip: 106 = king with a jacuzzi + sofabed. Spacious. No walls around the jacuzzi = no privacy in the toilet. Can't be shy.
