Though there is a large wait most of the time, this place is impressive. There are live lobster tanks by the front doors and placemats/crayons for the kids.

We enjoy this Red Lobster location! The staff is always a joy to interact with! Our lobster bisque was decadent and our salmon, lobster, shrimp meal was the best. Of course the cheddar biscuits were so good! Love this store!!

When we arrived and found out we had a 45 minute wait, I was about ready to leave but we decided to stay. When we were seated, Itali was our server and he was excellent; even how busy he was he still provided great service. He handled a problem immediately and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant, but call ahead to be put on their list especially on Fridays.

Went to this location for a nice dinner out with friends. The service was good and the food delivered fast and hot. I did enjoy the meal, and our server was very nice and checked on us frequently to make sure we were taken care of. The only thing that bothers me (and many restaurants do this now) is lump the bill into one check when you have more than 1 in your party. They don't take the time or even ask anymore how you would like the check divided. I guess they just assume that if you have 2 people together they are one check automatically. This practice also helps them save paper right??? Please take the time to ask parties how they would like the bill divided. It doesn't seem to be that hard a task. It is also embarrassing for patrons to have to tell the server to go back and split it up again. Think this through please.

Since this is a national chain, I've eaten in various locations while on vacation, The Wooster location is high on my list for this chain with its attentive staff and consistently well prepared food. The cheddar biscuits are always to die for, and the server was not stingy with requests for extras. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable; the staff makes you feel like you are their most important customer of the day.
