This is where we always like to stay when we com to Norman. The service is great & beds are very comfortable.
The rooms are spotless & the location is convenient for anywhere you want to eat or travel in this town.

Stayed in one of suites. Room was clean and everything is good working order. Great for having a space to visit with friends without anyone having to sit on a bed since it is set up like a living room with separate bedroom. Good deal for the suite! Pool is outdoors and there is also a hot tub. Pool is not recommended for younger kids without floaties as there is no shallow part.Breakfast was served. Fairly standard food option but the service was stellar -- Michelle took extra great care of everyone and was very attentive and welcoming. Even though it was buffet style, she still attended to everyone's wants. Parking is abundant and convenient access to and from freeway without the noise of the freeway. Also several restaurants options within walking or a block of hotel.

I wanted to take second to share with you my recent visit to this hotel. I was one of a few people that got caught off guard by an absentee staff person. I initially tried to check in my hotel on Saturday 9/3 around 5:15pm. Unfortunately, after waiting 30 minutes I had to flag another guest down just to house my luggage before I headed to a wedding. Honestly, I didn’t think too much of it at the time because everything was moving fast. I did want to state the time so that you had a picture of what the day looked like. Upon leaving the wedding festivities, I tried yet again to check in my room at 12:45am. After multiple knocks on business doors, searching for anyone to contact, calling your neighboring hotels for any form of help and a call to 911, by 3am a new staff person arrived to assist all that had gathered at the front desk with issues and/or just moral support. I actually traveled to Oklahoma by myself & was quite frazzled to say the least by the incident. I’m not sure whatever happened to the person that was originally scheduled on staff, but am grateful to who rushed over in the wee hours of the morning to help. I definitely value my stays with Hilton properties & actually am an Honors member. I’ve never seen anything like that before & certainly hope that it doesn’t happen again.

The people make this hotel, whether it is needing an extra fork for the dessert you brought back to the room, extra towels or a late check out they are so helpful and friendly. And the beds are amazing, the best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel.

Very good hotel, pillows are crap. Food is very good. Location is Great.Hotel staff are very good. I've stayed here several times and always left mostly satisfied. Near a lot of good places to eat. Ask at the front desk for coupons from nearby restaurants.
