My wife and I host an Chinese NY Banquet every year...she being 1st generation Chinese, settled in Tulsa. This is the 3rd year in a row we have used Asian Cuisine. They re-located to the 21st & Garnett area, so don't be fooled by the 51st address...
Once again, we feasted on a 12-course dinner of Hong Kong Lobster, Beef Chow Fun, Black Bean Chicken, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, etc.... They are very authentic Cantonese-style food, and every bit as good, or better, than the SF food we ate in January.
Be brave- order the Real Deal, and save the Sweet & Sour Pork for fast food places !
Really great value- a really good food...coming from a Real Chinese family !!

As a Chinese American, I can attest to the fact that this is one of the two most authentic Chinese food restaurants in Tulsa. The quality of food is also consistent with the national standard of Chinese food. It's not as if this is "good for Tulsa standards", rather, I would say the food competes with LA and NYC (which I've food toured, and happily). From the decor to the service, to the food and drink, this is about as Chinese as it gets. It's family owned, after all. Wait times are expected for from-scratch food.

The food here is delicious. The servers have always been helpful and kind. The new location is much cleaner and open. The prices are reasonable as well. One of the most authentic Chinese restaurant in town.

Everyone comments about the surreal experience of going to Tulsa's first and only Steak N' Ale to eat. The outside is English Tudor, the inside is dark, cavernous, English Tudor and maze-like.

The food is superb and worth the many visits I have made. The seafood is flown in fresh several times a week. The scallops, calamari and shrimp are perfectly cooked and portions are HUGE. 3 entrees will feed five adults. On the weekends the restaurant is filled with members of the Tulsa Asian community. This restaurant can handle small or large groups and it has one of the most extensive menus of any Mom & Pop Asian restaurants in Tulsa.

I suggest you go with a group and eat community style. The fried spring rolls and fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce are musts. They have a dizzying array of hot pots and platters. The lobster are in a stock tank. If you go, try the Seafood Flat Noodle in gravy (Shrimp, Calamari, Scallops, white gravy with lush Chinese Broccoli, the Salt & pepper Shrimp (shell off) served with sliced jalapenos ( I sub lo mein noodles for rice. The lo mein has a smokiness I cannot quite put my finger on), the garlic/oyster hot pot, and the Beef Flat Noodle in Gravy (brown gravy).

This place does have some hot/spicy dishes but that is not as much of their forte'. For wonderful heat, try Mandarin Taste or China Garden.

The servers are friendly and helpful but they can get overrun Further, the food is made fresh. In no way, shape or from is this a fast food place. Go only if you have time to enjoy a tgremendous meal and one of the best dining value in Tulsa for my taste.
