A Beautiful, romantic 1/4 mile paved walk to the bridge, for a closer view of the Falls. (No matter the crowds) Only wish we had time to continue to the very top of the Falls. Stunning views of the Columbia River Gorge, as well.

The HIstoric Oregon US 30 route is beautiful. There are several waterfalls including Multnomah Falls. The Vista House viewpoint has a great view of the Columbia Gorge. The falls are beautiful. Nice parking areas and paths for viewing the falls. Visit during the week, less visitors.

This place is pretty touristy and obviously makes sense as you can see the majestic falls before you. It truly is amazing and awe-inspiring. It's a really super easy stroll to see it, but if you want to get up close you have to trek up maybe less than a mile to the bridge. You can even go past that bridge up further but I haven't explored that far up. I imagine the view would be amazing up there.

There is a little snack shop right by the falls as well as a gift shop where you can buy some cool souvenirs. Nice little outing to see Portland's beauty. Come and see for yourself!

What a spectacular waterfall. Being right on the highway, it is easily accessible. You can get an ice cream cone here, too.
