I stayed another motel before this one and left early because the manager was harassing my 2 yr old then I was recommended here, there's only a seasonal pool only down side. Clean rooms and the beds are so comfortable.

We thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had some problems at the last motel you were staying at previously. Happy to hear that you enjoyed your room and had a comfortable bed. Our housekeeping staff works hard to provide a nice clean room. We do have pillow top mattresses and many guests comment on how comfy they are. Our pool opens the last week in May and closes the first of October. We thank you for your business and we look forward to your next stay with us. Bring your family back and enjoy the pool. They will love it.

Don't do it !!!!! Rude and talked down to by the front desk!!!!!, acted like cause I wasn't dressed to the nines I wasn't good enough to stay here,....I was in an ad a room,the carpet was stained,the carpet was coming up in the earthy to the bedroom,...hello ADA....that's a trip hazard for anyone, scratches and marks on the door way....and I talked to the maintenance man Joshua was his name ,I asked him to come in and look...he said good thing I did cause they would try to charge me for it...if I hadn't even though I didn't do it....shelves in closet was dirty, screw sticking out of door handle,front door. And the ceiling panels were off center...like someone lifted them, and didn't care where they were placed when they let go,the vent for the heater are very dirty,and full of cobwebs....sheets on beds were ill fitting,and no....mattress cover....hello..... and all this for $ 212.00 a night

We appreciate you letting us know about your recent stay. We are sorry to hear that your room had some cleaning and maintenance issues. We will be looking into the room that you rented and make sure that the issues are corrected immediately. We want all our guests to enjoy their stay and feel welcome. We spent two nights at the Red Lion and it was adequate, but not outstanding. The staff were quite pleasant and our check in was smooth. The chain broke on our toilet so it wouldn't flush the first night, but the staff came in and fixed it the next morning. The least pleasant piece of our stay was the noise from the road. We could hear traffic 24/7 and made getting to sleep difficult. I would recommend ear plugs or background noise.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back of the complex.

We thank you for your feedback. We are happy that the staff was pleasant. We do have a great staff that wants to be sure their guests are taken care of. We are sorry to hear that the chain on your toilet broke. Anytime you have something not working properly just give us a call at the front desk, we would be more than happy to send someone to correct the problem. We do have some rooms located towards the back that are much quieter and away from Hwy 101. We do thank you for being our guest and we look forward to seeing you again.

This hotel looks capable of holding quite a crowd but since we stayed in January it was low tide. Perhaps a little dated, we found it quite adequate for our needs. The room was huge even with two queen sized beds in it. Bathroom was also quite spacious with two sinks: one in with the toilet/shower and one in the room with mirrors and plenty of counter space. We ate the breakfast buffet which was fine; a decent selection of hot and cold items. The minor issues we had were handled promptly and professionally.

We appreciate the feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. We do have some large spacious rooms and we get many comments from our guests letting us know that they enjoy this feature very much. Our parking lot is pretty big and it provides a lot of parking for our guests. During the summer months it gets very busy on the coast . We have easy access to and from HWY 101, which makes it convenient. We are a older facility and we are hoping to get some upgrades in the near future. Happy that you enjoyed the buffet. We do have many different options to choose from. We do thank you for being our guest and we hope to see you again.

A good mid-range motor inn that has spacious rooms (the king and queen rooms). You know how you can get into a shower and wonder how you will ever actually get wet? No problem here. Beds are good size - lots of fluffy pillows. Yes, this is a motor inn - so don't expect the Hilton - but in it's class, as well run property. The staff are amazing. It has a breakfast in the morning, although for $10.95 you can get better food out.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your room. We are outside corridors, so all rooms are entered from the outside. Many of our customers comment on the spacious rooms and the nice water pressure in the showers. So happy that you enjoyed it. Our staff works very hard to provide a nice place to stay.
