I've passed this park on numerous occasions and decided to pay the $5 parking fee to go explore. This park has something for everyone! Ball fields, disc golf course, splash pad for the little ones, a beach (children under 5 are not allowed to swim here), picnic pavilions for reserving, a discovery garden, trails through wetlands and along the lake, peddle boats for rent, canoes for rent, a large fishing dock, lots of bathrooms (note - during busy days some of these get pretty dirty...look for ones away from the crowd), playgrounds and lots of space for bike rides! Definitely worth a $5 entry fee. If you are west of I-205 on Marine Drive heading East don't miss this park. One note, however, there are no pets allowed.
