Tried them all, this is the one. People at the front desk were extremely helpful. Rooms are great wtth good views of the Columbia.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with Kitchenette. The rooms were well-laid out and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-appointed and well-stocked making breakfast and meal preparation easy. It was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view of the Columbia River. And, they even provided binoculars and a bird guide book for studying feathered friends outside the picture windows. Such a delightful and thoughtful touch! We loved it!

We all three loved it here. Our room was perfect for us. One large great room with a gorgeous view over the gorge and river and a separate second bedroom. The staff were super friendly and always eager to please and the room was spotless. One does need an auto to venture here but the location afforded was a gem for the view. We each had a good night's sleep and found the room and furnishings to be of utmost comfort. There is not a restaurant on the premises but we loved trying the various restaurants in Hood River which would be our preference regardless and the kitchen made meal preparation on sight an option. One can also walk next door to another hotel with full restaurant service. On top of everything else, the price was reasonable.
