Didn't get to the first edition of the restaurant, sadly but part II did not disappoint. The interior is bright and has high ceilings and feels chic but not at all fussy. Just a relaxed and confident vibe. All the servers know the food, restaurant etiquette and how to handle customers. The food was amazing! The escargot profiteroles were so good, why didn't I think of that? The deviled eggs were mouth watering and the sautéed mushrooms divine. I'd order the same thing again... Our entrees were equally as delicious, the shrimp piadine/pizza, salmon sous vide with white beans and a perfectly cooked steak. For dessert we shared the rice pudding which was floating in a salted caramel sauce and dusted with flakes of Maldon salt. Our server suggested a sublime Pinot that paired well with everything we ate. bravo. We'll be back!
