7 min. walk to Moda Center or they offer a shuttle. Pool was warm and easy to swim in and they has music around the pool. Staff was nice, rooms were average. We parked on the street for $1 per hour/5 hour Max but it was $7 total for parking instead of the hotel's rate of $20.

We stayed at this hotel for the fact that it was within walking distance to the Mota Center. We were in for a treat on how nice it was! Very comfortable, safe, and clean. They have a restaurant on site, although we did not eat there, we looked at the menu and it looked good and reasonable. They had a pool, which again we did not use, but looked nice. Our room overlooked the highway, which had wonderful views, but was a bit noisy, although we didn't mind. It was a 4-5 min walk to the Mota Center! It was literally down the street and to the right and you're there! We will definitely come back to this hotel again when visiting for concerts. Fyi, it does cost an additional $20 to park in the parking lot. I'm not sure if that's daily or a flat fee, we were only there one night.

We were scheduled to see a two day conference in Portland and decided on the Crowne plaza as our hotel because the hosting hotel for the conference had no more rooms available. It is very convenient that the Crowne offers a free shuttle for a 3 mile radius around the hotel. The shuttle took us to at least a dozen places over the four days we spent there. They also offer free pick up from the airport which is pretty far away. It cost $12 per person for the shuttle to return you to the airport at your time of departure. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and hot tub, a work out room and a nice bar. The breakfast in the morning is $15 per person but is a very nice breakfast. I don't think that the neighborhood is the absolute best but downtown Portland has a lot of homeless people and they certainly can't do anything about that. All in all, I would recommend it.

Thank you for staying with us and for your great review. We are very happy that you enjoyed the Crowne Plaza Portland downtown overall and found the location and access convenient. I was pleased that you mentioned the airport shuttle because we are the only hotel in the downtown area to offer this complimentary service.
We hope to see you again soon.
