This was a very affordable way for our family to stay and check out the area. The kitchen was large and I was able to cook all of our meals. The washer and dryer was wonderful to have. It is not anything fancy.....reminded me of my grandma's house years ago. It was clean. The neighborhood is not the best....nor the worst I have ever seen, but I do live in a cornfield in Indiana, so must take that into consideration. I would stay there again if I ever go back.
We loved the home. It was cozy and sweet. It was clean and had the essentials ready for us. Charles was sweet and was so inviting. I loved learning from him about the home and the history of the city. He was a wealth of knowledge. We loved our stay and will come back when we can. Thank you, Charles.
Really enjoyed our stay in this little piece of Roseburg history. It is like visiting your grandmother's house and Charles is an encyclopedia of Roseburg. Nothing unexpected and nothing that would stop me from booking here again next time I am going to be in Roseburg for a few days... miles above and beyond a hotel, but for less money. Beds are queen size so be aware of that. I'm a big guy but worked out okay for my wife and I. Kitchen has everything you need and the location is very convenient. Will definitely come back.
The owner Mr Charles is so great he can tell u all about the history of Roseburg.
The home is the most comfortable place lve ever stayed in.The whole vibe in that home is so relaxing. Was told a lot of buildings in the 1800s there are haunted. This house is only filled with the love of Mr Charles and his late wife.
If Mr Charles does decide to let u stay in this amazing home please respect it and leave it as u found it,!
