Oh my gosh this place is not fit for anybody, first I made a reservation for August 15th 2024. When I arrived I asked the person behind the desk if this was a safe place and if they were 24 hour front desk service they said yes to both. I’m disabled so I made a reservation for a ADA room. Nope I got a room with a king size bed, no ADA room, the toilet was not stable I sat down and the toilet moved BACK AND FORTH. There were black bugs ( picture to prove) The tv was blurry, the one table lamp did not work. I have a queen size plastic sheet and a queen size fitted sheet I did the best I could to cover the bed not for disabled persons. The bed smelt like cigarette smoke. At 3:30 in the morning I was awoke to a loud noise managed to get back to sleep only to be woke up again at 5 so I packed got on the elevator which was SO dirty and the door wouldn’t shut and made loud noises when I did get to the front desk I stopped to inform them and he said too bad do you want your receipt. I told him no just needed to get out of there. I contacted Wyndham but they passed it off to the hotel getting ahold of me within a week, NO CONTACT at all. When I called Wyndham they said they would give me 4000 points I informed them no I wanted my money back. They said they could do that but only 30% which was $39.25 I told them no I wanted the stay refunded she said I need to call the hotel. DO NOT STAY! As of September 3rd 2024 it has not been resolved.
