I know they have some.newer rooms but we were definitely in the older section. It was a last minute budget reservation and if you just need a roof over your head for a night in a safe convenient location it's fine. The bed wasn't the worst but definitely needs replaced. Seemed like everything was clean but definitely dated and in need of renovation. I would probably not stay more than one night and only if your just looking for something adequate to get you by.

Everything about our overnight stay was great! Easy on and off the interstate but quiet and convenient. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very customer oriented; the area for dogs was a bonus; and lastly, the food was amazing! We will be back!
This place has a great restaurant and friendly staff. The european rooms are great, updated and comfortable however, the other hotel rooms are very dated. A nice suprise this hotel offers free DVD movies with nights syay and the food at country farm style restaurant is great like eating at grandmother house. The staff at the front desk are very frendly and profesional.
Our stay at Cousins and our meals at Cousin's restaurant were just what was needed at the end of a long vacation. On the way home from a 5 week road trip our new car broke down about 45 minutes east of Portland. We were able to get it to the closest dealership which happened to be right up the road from Cousins. The people at the dealership said that a meal at Cousins Restaurant would be a good way to spend our time while they chucked over our car. The food was great and the atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better.
We then went to the hotel front desk to inquire about getting a room for a few days. We explained our situation, staying the night and possibly two more depending on when we would receive our car back from the Honda dealer.
Our room was not ready so they took our bags since our car would be at the dealer overnight. Once the room was ready they had staff help bring our bags to our room across the parking lot. They took our reservation for three nights but we only ended up staying two.
This turned out to be the best possible place for us to stay given our car issues and being so far from home, we still had over 2,000 miles to go before we were home.
Thanks again Cousins, you have good food and a comfortable bed for a few nights, your staff made it a great stay.

Great restaurant and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. The food for both dinner and breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk went and got me ice when the ice machine wasn't working. The only issue was the bathroom floor getting soaked when running the shower as the curtain was too flimsy to stop the very good pressure from the shower head. The tile was very slick.
