This is one of the nicest RV parks we’ve visited during our 18 months on the road. Paved pads with grassy lawns and enough space between sites. Clean and well-equipped restrooms and laundry. To top it off, the views are beautiful, of either the harbor or the Umpqua River. Reservations recommended.

The minute I walked into the office building I was greeted with a big smile, hello and what can I do for you. When I was quoted the rates it brought an even bigger smile to my face! Family friendly rates. Winter and Summer rates!

This RV park/resort is nestled in between water on both sides. Umpqua River and ocean on one side and great views of the harbor. While the spaces are larger than many RV parks there is little or no privacy between sites. Each site does have a fire ring, picnic table and green grass space. Sites are situated in that almost every site has a decent if not great view.

The park is maintained and spotless.

The hook up fixtures of water, electric, cable and sewer have been well maintained and easy to hook up. Wi-fi was great.

A huge number of pull through sites.

There are cabins for rent but I can't speak about them. There is a putting green and play area for children. Bike and walking paths that make for a nice ocean air walk.

Room Tip: RV park is quiet and relaxing.

We stayed here two nights and were very impressed with the welcome, organization of the park. Excellent maintenance and cleanliness. Showers were great. Grounds well kept. Lovely sunrises and sunsets.
Fair pricing and we will definitely be back for a visit.

Room Tip: Don't need waterfront!

Beautiful place. Paved roads, easy for large t.v. access. Landscaping, grass, bike paths, views of the bay and marina. Solid Wi-Fi and good cable tv. I only have 1 complaint. The design of the shower facility. Building is beautiful and very clean but designed like a locker room. Benches in public area, no room in private shower area to dress easily. No bench there. The only really adequet and private space was the handicapped stall. Not to my personal liking but everything else about this place more than makes up for it. That is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating.

I've stayed here a few times and they each have been wonderful. This time it was very full and they managed to fit us in with a little help from some other RV'ers The pads are spacious with grass, flowers and picnic tables. You are entitled to all the amenities, and it is within walking distance to the fish market, shops and restaurants on the dock. It is dog friendly with plenty of places to take your four legged friends. Though the area is full of sand dune go'ers , they do not stay at this resort so you don't here the ATV's. I noticed a few small cabins that fit in the RV spots that the resort has for rent, perfect for those storm watching road trips.

Room Tip: They have plenty of pull troughs for large units.
