Saturday evening with some really great friends enjoyed a delicious dinner.

After having to wait just a few minutes beyond our reservation time, we were seated upstairs away from the busy, crowded bar area. We started with a couple glasses of wine, a pear martini and a bloody Mary. The martini was excellent, covered with an egg white foam. Ended up ordering a second one a little later.

Short list of specials yielded some seasonal additions. For the table we had the grilled romaine, a mushroom salad and the house made cheese. All were hits. Our mains included the shorts ribs, sea scallops, the NY Strip and short bone rib eye. The rib eye was one of the best steaks I have had in years.

Desserts : the chocolate cheesecake and a bread pudding. The cheesecake wasn't special.

Service was good but not spectacular. Food was very, very good.

Definitely a social occasions restaurant.

A couple tips :
- parking was annoyingly crowded. Cars were checking the tiny lot.
- the steaks and grilled meats are expensive ($36 - $70). Check out the menu online to avoid sticker shock

Great to have you in. Good note on the parking. We do have two lots on the other side of the building that are available for parking as well.

My wife and I met our daughter for happy hour. Had several types of wine and 3 appetizer's. The shrimp rolls and the flatbread were so good we ordered a second order. The place was packed and we still had excellent service..nice night

Brandywine Prime is an amazing restaurant. The food is delicious. The owner actually remembered us from 5 years ago when we celebrated a bridal shower for my daughter.

Was invited with friends to celebrate an event at Brandywine Prime. I was reminded that I'd visited this place four years ago, but had no recollection. Staff were friendly and our waiter, Arturo provided excellent service with a particularly nice touch of understated humour. On recommendation, I went for the Grilled Romaine, which was delicious. I also had a filet with Fries - all done exactly to my specification. This was after shared appetizers of flatbread, seafood and deep fried mozzarella. The shame of it all was that I was unable to have dessert as all that had gone before was really, really good!

Took my wife here last year for dinner and it was great. We needed a place to eat since we were in town and did not know to much about the area.. The owner of the Fairville Inn recommended the Brandywine Prime and got us a reservation for dinner on a Friday night. We only had to wait a few minutes before being seated and had a great steak and Salmon dinner. They also make great martini's. Would definitely go back.
If you are in the area take the time to check them out at least once.
