Many people enjoy the entertainment of a Hibachi Grill experience. Seated around the grill table, the chef will include culinary skill and a few antics to keep the crowd engaged as he prepares your meal. Each experience is pretty similar to others you may have had, with the flying egg in the hat, burning onion tower volcano, etc., but the food is always good. As is the food served without so much fanfare at the more intimate private tables. We have experienced both.
Our last visit was for lunch, with far more food than should, or could, be consumed in one meal. We had a beet teriyaki Bento Box, including sides of a California Roll, Shrimp & Broccoli Tempura, pork gyoza and Honey Glazed Japanese Sweet Potato. I don't think either of us ate even half of what was offered, but took home almost another whole meal each! It was all very good.
For those who like sushi (I am not a big fan), the sushi chefs were hard at work making dozens of appealing types. As with many places, you can sit right at the sushi bar while your selections are prepared.
All the food is presented creatively, as you might expect. You will not leave hungry. The food and ambiance are very good and the wait staff attentive. I hope you enjoy your experience, no matter what you choose.
