Boccadito is smack dab in the center of Doylestown but the small plate, small restaurant's small storefront may have caused it to go unnoticed - I urge you to find it! Right on Main Street just north of the Doylestown Bookshop is a wonderful addition to the variety of restaurants in town. Small plates, reasonable prices, BYOB, a charming chef/hostess/server and fresh, delicious food. Like so many others, we have walked by and thought "oh, we should try this place." We finally did and (again like so many others) regret not giving Boccadito a chance sooner. We had salmon sliders, fish tacos and shrimp tacos and all were excellent. Fast counter service and simple surroundings, a chalkboard menu, and a range of vegetarian, fish, and meat options including beef. Give Boccadito a try and you will feel like you discovered a secret little place in the heart of Doylestown and you will be rewarded with a very reasonably priced and very tasty meal!

Went during the Doylestown arts festival stopped in and you choose your items from a selection on the counter, all looked like it was just made. I had the southwest and espanol frittatas. It’s tapas style so you share the generous portions with your family. Let me tell you the food is very fresh and very good. The owners, seem to be husband and wife go out of their way to make sure you’re well served and satisfied. Go eat here it’s fantastic

We have walked passed this restaurant for a couple of months, and have said to ourselves," looks interesting, we should try it sometime." Last Saturday, we took the "plunge" and our only regret was that we didn't do this sooner.
Lots of little plates, delicious food and the chef/owner is a wonderful host. We are going back tonight, because we had such a good food experience

We stopped by for lunch. The fish and shrimp tacos were grilled, fresh, and just wonderful. Slightly spicy, with fresh greens and avocado. The frittata was lasted with potatoes and finished with a nice light sauce. The owner was welcoming and wanted to make sure we were happy. Very casual.
We will be back when we visit again.

First time here and came for lunch with my wife/. The small storefront place is intimate and seating is close, but it was good enough to nor seem claustrophobic. We had the fish taco and the shrimp tostino. Menu is written on the wall and changes however it seems fish taco is always on the menu. It was a very fresh nice sized piece of fish in an exceptional pico dressing. There is jalapeno in that dressing which to me was a pleasant surprise, The shrimp dish was also very good. It is BYOB so be prepared. The owner is a gem. She really goes out of her way to make sure your food is done correctly and has an ever present smile that really shows in the food. Give it a try. For a completely satisfying lunch that did not weigh me down the rest of the afternoon for 2 was under $25 including a tip. In Doylestown - can't beat that. Support local business!
