I've stayed at 5 different Staybridge Suite Hotels and this was the worst. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor that was dirty from the curtains to the carpet and walls. The furniture in the living area was filthy and worn. I always carry my own Lysol spray and Clorox wipes, they were much needed here. Our reservation was for 1 night, will not return. Management needs to step it up, this hotel does not represent the brand I'm used to!

The bed was not the most comfortable but the room was nice and large and the water pressure was great. The pool is nice but the room its in needs some tlc. I wish they had a bar or something at night bc the lobby is cute. Also wish they had a hot tub. All the employees were very nice.
We have stayed at a Staybridge before and were more than happy to revisit. We were warmly greeted at this beautiful hotel. Our suite was like an apartment, with sitting area, full kitchen and two televisions. Kitchen and bathroom and stocked with every amenity. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and even the elevators are large enough for several people and all the luggage. The A/C works great and the floor was quiet and our stay peaceful.
The hotel is noisy. I kept hearing a kid running in the room above . The breakfast is not good. There were few options including a spread of ice with nothing in it (why bother?). One of the worst breakfasts I've had at a hotel in the recent past. The furniture is in bad shape. The unheated pool was nice.

The rooms are fine however I cant explain how dissatisfied I am with this vacation. The front desk host Destiny was amazing. The pool killed our weekend. After multiple times of reaching out to corporate and local managers, etc. No luck. Unfortunately, this weekend was ruined with 18 guests from our group at your hotel unable to use the pool. Don’t think I will be staying with IHG and we all have complained and have many case #s as reference.
Manager from hotel said he couldn’t increase ice cold indoor pool temp because its state regulated. I feel like that is a terrible response for over 40 people at hotel I spoke with were going to go swimming and were disillusioned by artic temperatures in pool
We will still follow up again to make sure this situation doesn’t go unresolved
Inexcusable to have one employee at a large hotel on a holiday weekend. Really poor operational management structure
