Truthfully was not expecting much and was I mistaken. Very welcoming front desk staff, very clean hotel and shocked at the size of the room and what it had. Pretty much a full kitchen. I know the name of the hotel is suites but did not expect something this size. All around a great stay and looking forward to being back
Travelling with my elderly parents, so I booked the suite with the sofa bed as I intended to sleep on. However, I ended up getting no sleep since the sofa bed was essentially unusable as the top and bottom portions of the springs sagged so far down that the middle protruded upward and the mattress was so thin it did nothing to mask the middle bar, making it impossible to lay flat and sleep. (when I complained about the sofa bed, I was told it was not meant to be slept on.) In addition, the sofa and carpet had many stains and there were tiny ants in the bathroom. --As for the "heated indoor pool", it was cold and the complimentary “hot, fresh, breakfast” was also cold. --Eggs, sausage and potatoes ALL cold.

Great stay- friendly, efficient staff. Clean room, very clean facility overall- comfortable beds. Aside from some normal cosmetic wear and tear our room was great. Breakfast was standard fare- great coffee:) very clean dining room and serving area- staff attentive during breakfast- kept items full. Beautiful outdoor space for gathering/ relaxing. Nice and close to the university! Thank you!
Great hotel. Great location near shawnee and camelback. Had a two bedroom on 4th floor. Very quiet inside though you can hear the traffic outside. Room was clean but a little worn. Breakfast was ok , it was free so how can you complain. Staff was nice. Some guests were smoking pot but the smell went away in a few hours from the hallway. I would definitely come here again
I fell in the bathtub on last morning of our stay. I filled out a accident report. It was a blank piece of paper that I was given to write the report. I was told manager would be in touch. I have not heard from them. Called customer service for help, got a case number, was told I would hear in 48 hours.. Have not. I will never stay there again. No concern for me. I am bruised and sore.
