I stayed over a weekend my first time since I was looking for a health retreat. You can follow the schedule of the day and everything is right there. The exercises were beginner to moderate level and only 30 minutes long. They were great though. A lot of yoga. I felt I needed more cardio, strength training and sweating so you go to the first gym for the treadmill, machines, and weights. The hiking was good but wish it was about 4 hours instead of two. You can go off on your own to see an arboretum or museum. The food was very delicious, homemade, use their own herbs grown in their herb garden and they know how to portion for weight management. However, a weekend isn’t long enough to adjust to the sudden change in your meals you are used to so I felt hungry the first two days but they were delicious meals and I adjusted. I wish the patio was open for dining also. You can use the pool at any time and attend pool yoga exercises. Our instructors were great. The price is what you think it to be according to how much money you are open to spend and can do for a health retreat. They have spa services on site and my massage was magnificent. The people I met were wonderful and charming. A weekend is okay but a full week there is what is best. You will see results in your weight and overall muscle to
