Good selection of soft serve and hard ice cream. Friendly staff and cute atmosphere, parking lot was a bit cramped in the front though

There was a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating for an ice cream place. Prices were very reasonable

Very cute place across the street from our hotel. Stopped on the way back from Hershey and had very tasty ice cream. Lots of flavors. Wished they stayed open later as the park closed at 11 and they closed at 10 so we missed going back a second night.

We were on our way to the AACA car museum when we spotted King Kone. The temperature was in the 90's. After much consideration - about 1/2 second - we decided it was King Kone after the museum. And that's just what we did! It was great! The owner was very nice as was the young lady who waited on us. It will surprise no one that the ice cream served is Hershey Ice Cream. It sure hit the spot on a hot afternoon. Cappuccino Chip was a great choice.

Overall a nice time. We had just spent two days at Hershey Park and after dinner wanted some ice cream. King Kone was across the street from the hotel, so very convenient.

One daughter got peanut butter cookie dough, one got sticky buns and I had the mint chip. Overall they were very good and liked the uniqueness of flavors. One small complaint was that the hard serve ice cream was a littler softer than would have hoped and expected--it was melting almost before I even paid for the ice Cream!

That being said, I really appreciate the customer service. We walked in at a busy time and there were 4 workers eager to help. I was nice to see so many of our youth, providing superior customer service and made this an overall 4 for me. 3 For solid ice cream and 5 for customers service.
