Conveniently sited at the edge of Melksham, easy to get to. The hotel is new, very clean, well-equipped and quiet. There is a Greggs in the building with seating for an excellent bacon butty start to the day or the very pleasant pub The Milk Churn across the car park for a more substantial meal throughout the day (breakfast from 7am). It's on the edge of an industrial estate, so don't expect ravishing views, just convenience and great value.

I stayed one night after being in the area for work. The lady, Elaine I think her name was on Reception was very friendly and helpful.
The room was a standard Travelodge room, it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I slept better than I had for ages. I will book again when in the area.

Very helpful staff, excellent location, great for exploring Somerset and Wiltshire. Only 20 minutes from the centre of Bath and half an hour to Stonehenge and Avebury, not far from the Mendip Hillswhich are great for walking, visiting Cheddar Wookey Hole and Wells.

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely!

2 night stay. Great value for money, exactly what you expect from travel lodge. Clean, all the usual facilities, on site parking, specific mention has to be made for Elaine, who was extremely helpful and pleasant during our stay - hope management read this and feed back to her. Will return.

Travelodge reception was good, rooms immaculately clean, unfortunately lift and corridors were not, possibly due to clientele who appeared to be be trades people from other countries and uk, these males congregating outside makes it totally unsuitable and intimidating for female guests
The most annoying part of stay was that the disabled parking was taken by vans that had no disabled badges which was most inconvenient for those that struggle to walk.
