The Hotel is comfortable and in prime location for our little short break with my elderly parents. Attractions and shops are all in short walking distance and staff are all helpful. Its the second time Ive stayed at The Balmoral and must admit this visit saw my view being downgraded to the bins and car park. I forgave this as prime location and the busy little town saw me spending very little time gazing through the window but a view of the sea like last time wouldve been nice. The food was outstanding. All served on piping hot plates and lots of It. No waiting around for food and staff served with military precision. Sad to leave probably weighing a stone heavier. Until we meet again Bridlington and The Balmoral and believe me we will!!!

Room Tip: Make sure you specify If you need direct lift access and ask for front view

Cheerful and welcoming proprietors. It's a clean and tidy bed and breakfast. Talking of breakfast, its first class and nothing is too much trouble (I only drink decaf tea which isn't on offer at most places).

It's a short walk from all amenities including a local bus station should you wish to explore without driving.

Jane and Jim are very welcoming and nothing seems too much trouble if you ask.

I've visited a few times before and will definitely be returning!

Stayed here with a friend for a week. The place is in a handy location for bus station and town centre. The guest house is comfortable, clean and friendly, and the breakfast is good. I was made to feel welcome and the price, it is a decent and worthy place to stay.
