We took the path through the car park and walked down a tarmac path towards the beach in one part it was slippery where the path is made up of local stone but was passable with care. Most people were wearing walking boots. We however were wearing motorcycle boot so perhaps that did not help.

We were there about 10:30 and already it was getting busy, so it is likely to be “congested” in the summer months. It is a beautiful place to go and spend some time absorbing the view, well worth the effort.

Visited lizard point today, not out of choice, was dragged there by my parents, but it was absolutely beautiful and am so glad they made me go, i didn’t see any lizards but that’s okay I had an ice cream instead! Recommend going around this time of year (6th March) as there was hardly anyone there and the sun was shining, so nice! There’s a cafe at the top which if you sit outside has the most amazing view I have ever seen for a cafe. Facilities like toilets and a tiny art shop are also available, would highly recommend if in area
