We stayed here for 5 nights during the School Holidays. Whilst the weather wasn't the greatest for us we still enjoyed our time here. Our 2 bedroom cabin was spacious, always clean and comfortably gave us and the children some space. They loved the addition of an Ipad as your modern day compendium and the TV full of information and Free Movies. Beautiful walks throughout the resort with nature tracks and a private entry straight to the beach. Tennis courts, an agility playground, bocce and chess and of course the pool provided many ways to keep the kids entertained.
The service and food in the restaurant was always top notch and it was great to sit by the fireside listening to local entertainment on the Friday night. There are a lot of cabins here, so no doubt at peak times in the warmth it could get very busy by the pool, and the gorgeous pool cabanas would become hot property. At night though we didn't hear a sound.
Peaceful, Spacious and surrounded by Nature with modern day luxuries.

Expensive but beautiful
We enjoyed three days’ stay again this year at Elements. The resort is wonderful and they have now opened a lovely adults only pool with bar service and private cabanas. We ate in their restaurant and bar several times, each time having a superb meal and service. The units are wonderful. Almost everything has been thought of including torches in case you need extra help in walking to the centre at night.
We had a little difficulty with our outdoor light which only came on intermittently and the sensor didn’t seem to be functional but apart from that everything, including the electronic services control, was functional. One is provided with an iPad for all your information which appears wonderful but there is only so much it will allow you to do! The TV is very good including cable options and resort info including your bill and a beach cam. One wonderful invention is an ironing board which folds up invisibly into a cabinet drawer.
We will definitely save up to stay here again for the next Star Stuff.

We had the best weekend at Elements for our anniversary weekend. Loved all the comforts of our villa, relaxed by the adults pool, went to the Day Spa and enjoyed fine food at the restaurant. The staff and service were exceptional!

The service here is great and what you would expect from a Sofitel member. Two pools available, one adult only with a swim up bar and the other a huge family-friendly one with a hot tub next to it. The bar service at the swim up bar could be improved to be a bit more attentive.

The food in the restaurants was superb, especially the burger and steak. Really great as other eateries are a car ride away so it was lovely to have such good food available in-house.

The rooms themselves are super spacious, with your own self-contained space. Great bathroom, great in-room complimentary movies and room service available.

We had a few small issues with our room and were therefore moved to another which was good, however the housekeeping needs to be improved as this was a common downfall in both rooms. It is evident the sections are managed separately as other departments were exceptional. Mars on reception is particularly friendly and helpful and the buggy service was a great touch.

Upon checkout, I spoke to the Manager about our stay and the issues we had encountered. I was a little surprised that no remedial action was offered such as a complimentary drink at the bar. A little disappointed given the luxury standard of the hotel.

Overall the food, room size, pools and service made us want to stay here longer. Hopefully the housekeeping will improve to meet the standards of the rest of the hotel as we would definitely love to return, would recommend to others.

Room Tip: Smallest room is still huge for 2 people

From the moment you arrive the attitude and service is well above expectations. As you walk into the villa it has a wonderful modern and stylish appeal set amongst the natural environment. The luxurious bed is amazing. Food at the restaurant is also quality and rounds out a perfect place for any holiday. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!
