Cabin 8 paid $180 after discount. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet. 2nd bedroom would be tight (3 bunks) if occupied with limited storage space - ditto the main bedroom. We used the 2nd bedroom to place our suitcases etc. Bathroom was good. Reason for my 3 stars only is that cleaning could be improved - kitchen bin still had rubbish in it, top of bin had not been wiped down and had tea bag stains on it, bench top was not totally clean. Fridge and dishwasher was spotless. Had an issue in getting in - key didn't work but front desk Jo was helpful with replacement key. Parking for Cabin 8 would be a real issue if you have a large 4WD. For the price I would not consider the park vale for money but quite adequate - but fabulous views

Its not crowded although im told it gets very busy. Good facilities and not a bad price. We had several people recommend this place. Im glad we listened. From the walk ways there are great views of the ocean and im told not unusual to see whales

We stayed in cabin 10 (from memory) over the last weekend of June on the special winter rate. Terrific outloook to the ocean, lighthouse if you look left off your balcony and some of Kendalls Beach to the right. Cozy, very clean and quite roomy cabin with a lovely gas fireplace which we really appreciated. Public path along the front but that did not overly impact on our enjoyment of the cabin. Big bathroom, also very clean. Kitchen great size and well kitted out for a cabin.
Very friendly service and I appreciated the call on Friday evening to confirm our arrival as we were still on our way and had assumed that the office would be open an hour later than the planned closing time. Check in was cheerful and friendly. We appreciated the late check out too. 15 mins walk along the coastline to the blowhole or town.
We will definitely stay again.
We have had caravans in the past and I agree that quite a few of these sites would be tricky with a reasonable size van, although I saw some big ones in there.

Room Tip: A variety of combinations here, and the office staff are very willing to help you choose one to suit your needs

Although this park is right on the ocean there are no caravan sites with sea views, the cabins have all the good views. The sites with concrete slabs will not accommodate larger vans and even the grass ones do not have a lot of room. Managers/owners are very friendly and helpful and amenities are clean. Kiama itself is an extremely hilly town which makes walking anywhere quite a task.

Room Tip: Cabins have good views but not caravan sites

This place is amazing! Beautiful cabins with stunning views. Short walk into town. Defenetly would recommend staying here. Lovely people and affordable accommodation. Could see the beach/water from our cabin.
