Decided to go here on our way back home from the south coast, on a Sunday afternoon. Heaps of motorbikes and so classic cars parked out the front and back. Big crowd of people, kids, mums and dads, families, etc. Beautiful old pub and very popular. The one big disappointment was no restaurant, just a food truck out the front. They had burgers and fries, dogs and fries, kids meals and fries. Spoke to one of the bar staff and they said that the restaurant was the next thing that they were going to get going, hope so and soon. I’ll go back when that’s happening.

Thank Margievh

Had a really great meal in this grand old pub. Good range of beers and a really nice freshly prepared tasty bistro meal. Worth a drive

After a beautiful drive from Sydney, we walked into this charming pub to be greeted by friendly staff. The ambience was amazing and the food was good too!

Most recent visit was mother's day. The food was great, I had lamb which was perfect with a really good pint of Guinness, all the mothers got some free sparkling wine which also went down well. The staff were busy, but were keen to make sure we were all happy. Picton is a beautiful village and it's a nice drive, it's well worth a visit.
