I really enjoyed my stay. The room was large and clean. The pillows, linen, and bed were very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. The restaurant, Ralphs, served delicious Italian food also with excellent service. The indoor pool open until 10pm had warm water on a cold night to relax. I didn't find anything wrong just pleasantly amazed by the customer service & elegant surroundings in the hotel. The door man was attentive and careful with my belongings. Wonderful comes to mind and can't wait to go back.

This hotel is a great location just minutes from King of Prussia mall with easy access to the PA turnpike. The hotel lobby is beautiful and there is a bar. I didn't use any of the other amenities so I can't comment on those. The room was fine. It wasn't dirty but most certainly wasn't immaculate and it had a funny smell. Nonetheless it was a nice room. My only complaint was the front desk person. She quite obviously didn't love her job. She "helped" me three times and all three times she was grumpy. That has nothing to do with the hotel itself but might be of note to management who reads these reviews.

Hotel is in a good location close to the Mall and the Highway. Nice large room and bathroom with good shelving space. Bed was very comfortable except for the fact that the bottom sheet wasn't wide enough to tuck in so after turning a few times the sheet moved and we had to straighten it a few times. I don't understand why hotels don't use the proper size sheets!!! We had dinner down in the bar one night and the food was very good. Odd thing was that the barman couldn't deliver the food to the table!!! Also used the pool a couple of times but unfortunately the second time was marred by 3 kids playing with a ball in the pool and pretty much making it impossible to swim. I chose this hotel since Sheraton and Marriott are now linked. I have gold status with Marriott and thought I had the same status at the Sheraton. I do have gold status in both chains but to access the concierge lounge in the Sheraton you need Platinum status. I guess I'll stick with the Marriott in future and enjoy the concierge lounge.

We had a lovely suite for one night. The room was nicely appointed, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE. The hotel is very close to the interstate and just a block or so from the enormous King of Prussia Mall ... yet it's oddly isolated. You really can't walk to anything from the hotel, due to the layout of the roads. There is plenty of parking in an outdoor lot. In addition to the nearby mall, the Valley Forge Revolutionary War sites are just a few minutes' drive away.

The hotel is in a great location around King of Prussia. Minutes away from the major collections of malls, and other shopping centers. Right by four major highways (PA Turnpike, I-76, R-222 and R-422). Check-in staff is friendly and the restaurant serves average breakfast but good coffee. Parking may be a problem as the hotel seems to be a favorite for conferences or company functions.

The room is typical Sheraton standard. However, beware of room 567. It seems to be surrounded by staff storage rooms or whatever because there are constant, and I mean constant, door opening and slamming and conversations by the hotel staff. It literally lasted from 3 p.m. (time I've checked-in) to 9 p.m. They really need to give that room better sound barriers.

Overall, a great hotel at a great location.

Room Tip: Avoid room 567
