We stayed the night of our wedding, everything was perfect. 5 star room, comfortable bed, great bath/shower. Diana made a perfect breakfast, prepared with no salt as requested, just amazing. These folks do a spectacular job! This is a really special place that deserves your business!

We stayed four nights and found the house to be very nice and convenient to everything. While the house is located in a peaceful surrounding, one can get anywhere quickly. Elaine was very friendly and helpful in steering us toward shopping and other attractions. The property's history as an amusement park makes it a unique B&B experience, and we found ourselves imagining all of the activity that went on around there in days of old.

If you want a quiet place to get away to, consider this quaint B&B. The history of Rocky Springs B&B will take you back in time to the beginning of the 20th Century. The hostess, Elaine, is very accommodating and will see to it that you are comfortable and made to feel "at home". I would recommend this B&B to anyone traveling through or to the Lancaster, Pa. area.

My husband & I booked this B&B at the very last minute. And we were very glad we did. The hostess was very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. Our room (Spring Room) was very cozy and of a very high standard - it contained everything one would need. The 5 course breakfast sounded too good to be true but it was truly wonderful and served in a charming outdoor dining area. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone interesting staying near Lancaster City. Being so close to Lancaster you get to enjoy all that the City offers and then be able to retreat to this wonderful country B&B in a matter of minutes.
