All deluxe rooms are on the first floor and overlook the indoor pool which is open 7am - 10pm. If you want a room with a separate area for your toddler, look elsewhere. There was leftover hair in the shower and on the sink. After asking for the bathroom to be cleaned, the shower had been watered down and the curly hair were now attached to the drain plug while the sink counter still had residue and hair attached. Our request for extra towels and pillows through the site was ignored. Extra towels were given upon request at the front desk. Front desk was not friendly. In fact, I felt uninvited being there. Our included breakfast vouchers were not included, we had to argue for them. The room was quite dark, even with every light on. Hallway is exceptionally loud, even for a hotel. You expect noise, not a rave. Water temperature in the shower is either 115 or 85, so prepare for a short, uncomfortable rinse. Pool temperature is uncomfortably cold. But, the sheets were clean, which was probably an accident considering I'd have expected a repeat of other people's bloody sheets as was reviewed earlier this summer.
