I went in on a Friday at noon to order 1 easy sandwich (very $$$$) to go. I was the only one there, however it took 20 minutes to get my order. I realized from the customers coming in after me that many of them had called in their orders and they were being taken care of first. That's just bad organization. There was a staff of 5 out front and a kitchen in the back. Designate who does what and serve the customers in a timely way. It's pretty simple!
