The customer service was the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The room was great, the food good, and the staff were amazing. I also liked the text feature. This made contacting the staff convenient and efficient.

Hilton Double Tree helped to make our stay in Pittsburgh a great experience for my husband and I. From the time we pulled into the parking deck until the time we checked out the service was fantastic. They were there to make our trip the best.

Just recently stayed at the Double Tree in Pittsburgh. It was a wonderful hotel- rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was professional, thoughtful and courteous. There was actually a 7-11 at the hotel which was extremely convenient for incidentals. Great hotel- I would definitely stay there again!

Good location
Nice restaurant
Tub faucet was leaking & noisy all night.
Nice view.
Room doors are heavy & metal and make loud slamming noises all day & night.
Comfy bed & pillows.
Good bartender.
Good complimentary cookies.

We stayed here when we went to a Steelers game and were so disappointed that we decided to leave a day early. The room wasn’t clean and we decided to save ourselves another sleepless night and make the drive home late at night. When we left we went to get our car and the hotel parking is valet only. The guy told us we were being charged a late fee because of the time we were leaving. We informed him that we were leaving due to unsanitary conditions and he went to get our car. I get home and saw he went ahead and charged my card without my authorization.
