Our son highly recommended this restaurant to us . We were not disappointed but if I had an issue it's that the portions are huge therefore I recommend the dishes should be shared . That was not possible for our group as we all like our food differently spiced . You choose your level of spice here from 1 to 5 . 2 of our party had the pad Thai and agreed it was the best they had ever had . I chose the Seafood Peanut Curry but made a mistake by choosing the # 3 level of spice . Either the kitchen made a mistake or my tolerance for spice has diminished . The size of the portion served was quite large and contained an immense amount of different seafood , including shrimp , scallops , mussels , crab and fish . If you love seafood like I do this dish is for you but watch the spice level and share it with a friend . I would like to have reviewed the desserts but we were too full to try them . Overall I give the food a 5 star rating despite the over spicing .

Best place for Thai in PGH, but be prepared to wait if you go during main lunch or dinner hours as this place is small, BUT worth the wait!

Everything we had was delicious. The decorating inside was also very authentic looking. The mango margarita was also good

Nicky's downtown location is a great place to go prior to a show or game or just for a very good meal,, lunch or dinner. It is always reassuring when one observes many Thai looking customers appearing to enjoy their meals. Such was the cawse last night when we went prior to a CLO performance. The menu is extensive and service is just right. There is a full bar but a very limited wine list. If you want a really good wine, BYO!

this is definitely a recommendation for all European, who need an escape from American fast food. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was remarkably good for European standards (very attentive, but not loud) We really enjoyed our time here very much. The food is on the spicy side, we recommend the currys which are less spicy.
