If you're looking for a little neighborhood sports bar, you might like this one. It is tucked away in a residential area (Pennsbury Village) among townhomes and apartments. It appears to have been here a while - needs some serious updating in decor.
We went on a Mon pm and found that they had a weekly .69 wing special going on, so they were filling lots of ToGo orders as well as managing eat-in folks. But since they were under staffed, it was a bit slow in getting served, and in getting our food. Most of the menu is "frozen to deep fryer" kind of thing, with the exception of the salads, wings, pizza, and burgers. Hubby had the penne pasta, which he liked, but the salad that was included had seen better days. I had wings, which were ok as wings go. They had a pretty extensive list of wing flavors, both wet and dry rub.
They do have several booths with their own TV monitors, as well as a large bar area with wall tv's. Its a comfortable place for a quick lunch or supper.
One caution - it is on a fairly steep incline, so if you have any kind of mobility issues, be aware that there is ONE handicap parking place on the side of the restaurant - all others are at the foot of the hill.

The "Pub" as those of us who call this home, is a great place to take the family (restaurant is kid friendly!) or hit after work for happy hour or to hang with like-minded sports buffs. The menu is varied, and the food is above your typical bar food caliber. Wings are a favorite, but you can't go wrong with any sandwich, wrap or pizza. Salads are your typical Pittsburgh salad, complete with fries and a tasty slice of garlic toast. Yummy! If you're looking for a main course dish, they have some mouth-watering choices. Great food at reasonable prices, makes this a terrific and friendly neighborhood pub.

This pub is a locals favorite. Located in the Pennsbury Condo Complex, the pub has cold beer, numerous tv's and very good bar food. The place was crowded but you could still hold a conversation and watch the game. If you are in the area, this is a nice out of the way place to watch the game and have some excellent wings and burgers. Try the fish sandwich. It is huge and tasty.

I do not come here for the sports, I come for the wings. Sure there are tvs everywhere, sports showing on smaller tvs on the table and on the walls, there is also a bar with huge tvs everywhere but my interest is strictly the food.

The wings, i get well done because that crisp on the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper is superb. Additionally, you have to get the stadium fries and fried pickles. Lastly, a sausage and pepperoni pizza is always a sure bet, it has a great sauce and thin crust.

There is a part in the restaurant where you can tell it is for families or patrons who do not want to be in the middle of bar area.

First, let me say that sports bars aren’t my thing. If your idea of fun is throwing back a Bud Light and eating hot wings whilst watching sporty sportsguys do sporting things on TV, I imagine that the Pennsbury Pub is as good as place as any to do that. Especially if you live in the odd borough of Pennsbury Village, which is a 70s vintage townhouse community that revolted from Robinson Township forty-some years ago and formed its own government, then hey, you don’t have to drive or Uber there. If I owned the place, I’d spend some bucks on the décor, which screams vintage 80s pizza shop. But I don’t and I won’t, so I only visit if invited by friends who I value more than a good meal that evening.
