We went late on a Saturday night where the line was out the door and around the corner, but it moved fairly swiftly and the staff was helpful in finding us a seat. We sampled nothing but meat: a wonderful chicken (citrus, salty, spicy), chorizo (loaded with paprika and paired with a pimento sauce), and the meat platter (5 different cuts of 5oz portions of perfectly grilled rare meats with an assortment of optional sauces like chimichurri). This was all brought together with crispy bread. Great value restaurant!
