Wonderful place to stay with the family. The staff was very helpful with any of our needs. The cleaning staff was very good, the room was very clean and tidy. Any questions my family and I had were answered promptly and intelligently they were all very helpful
The room was very clean and spacious for 6 people and had a nice bathroom . The free breakfast was well stocked even though it was a very busy Sunday morning after a snow storm . Nice friendly family environment, Very friendly customer service !
Only bad thing was tv didn't work well. Several (of the 43) channels didn't work. The motion sensor light in the bathroom was annoying because it didn't seem like you could disable it and you don't necessarily want to turn the light on in the middle of the night.
All else was great. The food was great and the staff was courteous. Plenty of parking. Ice machine was clean. Room was clean.
Nice staff at breakfast. Rooms are nice and roomy.
Close to the ski areas. Kids complained about the Internet but that's good if you don't want them on their devices the whole time. Overall, a good value. We'd come back for sure. Hot tub was broken.

We were on our way home from JFK airport. Having rented a car because our flight was cancelled we couldn’t find any rooms due to hazard driving. 4:30 AM and she answered the phone and guided us there in her cheerful voice. Made sure we had a breakfast bag for the road next morning. We were exhausted and she made it easy!
