Hot tub, indoor pool, free breakfast good size rooms, outdoor fire pit , close to lots of sight seeing, my hometown so close to family, lots of shopping , casino near by. I stayed here 2 years in a row and hope to be able to go back again next year.
Lovely clean hotel. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Morning breakfast per the usual Fairfield chain. Shopping and food nearby. Adequate parking. Great stay for quick overnight. Would recommend this hotel and location.
This hotel is located close to all kinds of shopping venues and things to do. The staff at the hotel were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The room was very clean and well organized. The only thing about the room was that the refrigerator didn't cool items well. We travelled with a baby, and while we were able to keep his milk cool, it didn't really make it cold which meant that we couldn't store it very long. Not a huge deal, just something to note: check the fridge and don't rely on it. Other than that, everything was great. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the Stroudsburg area.
When my Family travel to the Poconos we always stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites location. Our last stay, two weekends ago, was my Birthday and part of the celebration included cards and a present for me. When we arrived home, I realized that I left my cards and present. I immediately contacted the hotel and was informed that the staff had retrieved my cards and gift and brought them to the Front Desk. I requested to have them mailed to me. Ms. Kendy Castillo, the General Manager, called me to confirm the mailing information. To my surprise, I received my cards and gift within five (5) days. I would like to commend Ms. Castillo and staff for their continued exemplary service!
I celebrated my partners birthday at the Fairfield Marriott and we had a great time! I really like the location. It was close to the mall and restaurants. We were minutes away from Kalahari, Bushkill falls and other activities. It was very clean and we enjoyed the backyard which had a fire pit.
