Stayed with my 3 kids. The rooms were spacious enough so no one was on top of eachother. Convenient location, close to everything. Breakfast was really good. Rooms could stand to be updated a bit but nothing major to keep us from coming back again. This hotel will be our go to spot when traveling to the poconos again.

I stayed on feb 4-5. The tv was broke. It kept bouncing and the heater at like 12am went into FP mode and i couldn't get it off. It was shooting out cold air on a 0° night. I didn't go to front counter bc i was so tired and my kids were asleep so i didn't want anyone coming in while they slept. Shower was dirty too
Please know we have switched TV service companies.
Highly recommend...pool was nice, fireplace was a great add. Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Next time we want to add a hot tub! Location is perfect for us, near all of our regular Pocono activities. We will definitely stay here again!

This Best Western "Plus" wasn't much of a plus. The first floor hallway where our room was located smelled like pot and was musty. Fortunately, the room didn't smell like pot but it was musty. So much so that we could feel it in our throats and eyes. The building is very old. The bathroom door barely closed and if you didn't close it all the way, it would snap back and hit you. The decorations were decent and modern and the TV along with the HVAC were in good working order. I was expecting more from Best Western, especially based on the pictures being advertised on your site.
We only stayed for one night and checked in at 10 PM. We didn't have the energy to report the musty issue and potentially change rooms (if available).

This is terrible. I’ve stated here a number of times over the years. Let me explain. My family owns homes here, but I prefer the privacy of hotels when I visit. This is the closest hotel to the Tannersville outlet malls without actually having to stay at the Poconos Casino hotel. Given the location, you would think that whoever owns this place would invest in it. Nope. It’s a dive with premier pricing. I’ve not really been a fan of Best Western in general because my experiences are typically same as this whenever I choose to stay with the BW chain.
My room was mostly clean (except for a used lotion in the bathroom, and what potentially looked like an old blood stain on the carpet). The front desk was helpful. That’s where the compliments end. The general condition of the hotel is disappointing. I requested a room change after spotting roaches in the room.
Despite the convenient location, I’m not sure that I will be staying here again. In fact, another stay here is very unlikely for me, as I only expect the quality to worsen over time. I would rather drive to Allentown and stay at a decent hotel.
