Absolutely worst dirty not professional and unexplainable charges. Very rude lack of customers service. Kept charging my account after my stay and refused to talk over the phone when I live 6 hours away

My stay at the Best Western Poconos was a great experience. It was one of the first times as me traveling as a single mother with 2 kids . The staff there was very helpful and made me and my kids feel comfortable. The rooms were clean ......the indoor pool was heated and refreshing ......the breakfast included was a great deal ...with homemade waffles ...eggs ....bagels ....and pastries.
Stayed with my 3 kids. The rooms were spacious enough so no one was on top of eachother. Convenient location, close to everything. Breakfast was really good. Rooms could stand to be updated a bit but nothing major to keep us from coming back again. This hotel will be our go to spot when traveling to the poconos again.
I stayed on feb 4-5. The tv was broke. It kept bouncing and the heater at like 12am went into FP mode and i couldn't get it off. It was shooting out cold air on a 0° night. I didn't go to front counter bc i was so tired and my kids were asleep so i didn't want anyone coming in while they slept. Shower was dirty too
Highly recommend...pool was nice, fireplace was a great add. Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Next time we want to add a hot tub! Location is perfect for us, near all of our regular Pocono activities. We will definitely stay here again!

This Best Western "Plus" wasn't much of a plus. The first floor hallway where our room was located smelled like pot and was musty. Fortunately, the room didn't smell like pot but it was musty. So much so that we could feel it in our throats and eyes. The building is very old. The bathroom door barely closed and if you didn't close it all the way, it would snap back and hit you. The decorations were decent and modern and the TV along with the HVAC were in good working order. I was expecting more from Best Western, especially based on the pictures being advertised on your site.
We only stayed for one night and checked in at 10 PM. We didn't have the energy to report the musty issue and potentially change rooms (if available).
