We enjoyed our stay at Best Western, the room was great, everything worked well and our sleep over was very comfortable!!

Review of Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel

The hotel was located in a continent area close to where we needed to go. The breakfast was pretty standard and was filling. The a/c was fine and the king bed was fine. On the downside the price is pretty high for what you get. When I checked in I was not recognized as being a platinum member and was not given bottled water. We were also woken up at 2:00 AM by some noisy neighbors. Acceptable but not great.

I have stayed at many hotels as I travel for work and my children. The price of these rooms is way too high for the state the rooms are in. The ceiling repair job was falling down. The AC just barely kept the room cold, the bathroom edges were dirty, the key cards had to be recharged multiple times in a day, the communication from front desk workers from one shift to another horrible, over all made my stay more stressful than it shouldve been.Staying there for my sister's wedding was a mistake.

Dirty, pillows sucked and super flat, the elevator and key didn’t work, and I left something behind on the table and when I called half hour after I left they said that “they couldn’t find it” kinda sucked as I literally remember after breakfast saying I was gonna go back up and forgot.. oh well don’t stay here

Great place to stay with great staff & service. All were very pleasant anfd helpful. I wpouls definately stay there again if traveling in this area.

I have never been to a more disgusting hotel in my entire life. I went to the hotel and when I got to the room there was dirt all over the bed sheets and long hairs all over the bed and pillows. I requested new bedding which was brought fast and also dirty. I then saw a cockroach and decided it was time to leave. I spent all of 10 mins in the hotel room before I left to stay at an another hotel, would definitely not recommend.
