Finally my husband was able to take a bath. Being handicapped he can only crawl out of ours, but they had all the right rails so he could pull himself out of the tub. Great breakfast, we didn't go away hungry

This hotel was clean, filled with friendly staff, and produced an enjoyable breakfast. The location was perfect for our visit to 6 state parks in the region. The front desk hostess recommended to outstanding restaurants.

Came for a wedding and was extremely happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. There was breakfast and coffee station. Rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable. Overall a great stay and would def stay again!

This was a bizarre experience. Kat, at the front desk was a little weird. She wasn’t able to switch our reservation so we could use money instead of points. She also didn’t know how to upgrade us with a points reservation. We eventually got it resolved…. but not perfectly. The worst part is when she came over and yelled at us. She told us not to fill up our cooler with ice. We didn’t. We brought our ice bucket down and our cooler just happened to be nearby. I’m a diamond member and I didn’t feel it was appropriate for Kat to come over and say anything. I feel like she just had nothing better to do. A man came in later on and actually did fill his cooler with ice and she didn’t say anything to him. The hotel was nice and we appreciate the upgrade, but customer service needs improvement. With all the real issues the world is dealing with, don’t make a huge fuss over something non important. I think COVID protocol is more important than worrying about a guest getting ice

Had a great visit can’t wait to stay again hopefully sooner than later Didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool it was closed by the time I got there . Would be nice if the pool was open longer for adults
