We were loading up on lobster. And Duffy's had a reasonably priced twin lobster offer. They were perfectly prepared and very tasty. The place is a local hangout with an active bar scene. The waitresses had great personalities and were very accommodating.
It was good food and a fun time.

Went on a rainy day and found the place chock full of locals. Bar had 2 open seats luckily, so we grabbed them. Draft beer was ice cold- huge plus! Clam cakes and chowder could've been better. Clam cakes were overcooked, so not sure if this was because it was so busy... Chowder was good. Locals at the bar were loud and many f bombs were dropped, so i wouldn't recommend bringing children near the bar area- avoid those tables. I will give it another try, as I can see it's a busy spot and maybe I had an off cool experience

Duffy's is an unassuming place with good food, generous drinks, very reasonably priced. We ate there on a Thursday evening -- had lobster roll, Portuguese Fish Stew, steamed mussels, fish and chips, calamari -- all very good. Our waitress Marci made the evening with her attentive service and great sense of humor.

Unless there have been major changes made, stay away. My friend used to work in the kitchen. The filth...even the employees don't eat the food. They know better.

Visited on a Saturday about 2 pm and found it to be enjoyable and different. Large place with plenty of banquet rooms and dining areas. On our visit, there were very few diners and maybe 15 regulars at the bar area. Small screens with sports on if you ask for the game, race etc. No problem. Nice location with plenty of parking. Staff friendly and service was good. We had lobster with mussels, cold lobster roll sandwiches on the usual grilled New England rolls, lobster bisque (plenty of "lobsta", no need for the double). house salad and a clam "chowda". All good and reasonably priced. Bisque had plenty of meat, chowder was good, warm rolls, good salad, plenty of mussels and good portions. No complaints, just ho hum and didn't leave a "lasting mark".
Do not know what goes on here at night but the place is big enough to accommodate a troop ship!
