Owner description: Joe Riley Stadium is home to the Charleston Riverdogs, concerts, camps, and other activities. It is one of the nicest minor league stadiums in America, and is situated on the banks of the Ashley River. It is extremely popular in Charleston, and Riverdog games are known across the country for their unique promotions, Friday night Fireworks, and one of their quirky co-owners (Bill Murray).

Got first row seats on the 1st baseline for $19 each online on the 3rd of July. Great game, good service, variety of food options, security onsite, free parking, fun stuff for the kids...and fireworks to boot! A great family outing!

First time to catch a RiverDogs game. Nice ballpark. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking that was close. RiverDogs won which was a plus. Definitely got a new fan in my son!!

We were fortunate enough to visit the old timers Braves and Yankees game this year on June 9, 2017. It is going to be an annual thing. This was the second one. There were antics and fun and just a good time, followed by fireworks. We were fortunate enough to get a couple of autographs (Steve Avery and Steve Smith), and chat with a couple of others. Such a good time.

We went on fathers day and had a blast! The park is a perfect size and has a lot of food choices, but the lines can be very long in the first few innings. Bathrooms were adequate and clean. The stadium has a lot of bench seating, but adequate space between seat locations to make it comfortable. Bring a stadium seat or cushion to really be comfortable. There is a cover over some of the seats so choose wisely f you don't like the sun. Parking is a readily available but a little crazy before and after the game. They sell $4 Koozies in the Riverdogs store that fit the large can of beer sold there and they are worth it to keep your cup or can cold. Also the team towels in the store are $ 4 and if you take it with to get a drink and ask them they will dump some of the ice water on it making the towel a cool treat on your neck for a hot day. The Footlong dogs were a bargain for two if loaded and the nachos at the Nacho House are so large that they have to put them in a large pizza box plenty for two hungry people.
