The townhouse was very nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I loved how close the we were to several places to shop and eat. I would stay at Church Street Inn again if given the opportunity.

I got a great midweek deal on a suite. The location is great for market street attraction.

The amount of space is fantastic and feather decandent to have two floors. Very spacious.

My only complaint sounds very first world. It would be great if there were some treats in the lobby, tea bags in the room or available at the front desk, and better facial tissues.

We stayed four days in this beautiful inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our accomodation clean with your own kitchen. The bathroom is a bit small but serviceable and you do have two toilets which is another plus.

Room Tip: I have noticed throughout America coffee is always available in rooms but no tea.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is really good and so it can make it worth upgrading to the concierge level. Also, nice to have cold soda, water and snacks without having to go out of the hotel. The location is great. Beautiful park across the street and walking distance to the riverfront.

Room Tip: If you aren't traveling with someone you are very comfortable with be warned that the shower and toilet area have lightly frosted glass that is see through. Not a lot of privacy.

We are Festiva owners through RTX Voyages. This allows us to stay multiple times per year at prefferred resorts at reasonable prices. Availability if booked far enough in advance is hardly ever an issue.
We stayed in room 213. It has a balcony that over looked the market and we enjoyed that.
Although the room is nice you can tell that maintenance is not top priority. The patch work is very obvious. Instead of painting the entire ceiling it is just patched. In the kitchen you can tell where it has leaked. The installation of the sink in the 1/2 bath is a second class job. The caulking around it is again second class.
It has been my experience with Festiva properties that they are lowering their standards when it comes to interior upkeep. We stay at Ellington in Murrell's Inlet and the rooms are in need of remodeling and not just these patch jobs. The furniture is stained, torn and worn out there.
We bought our package for a lifetime use and want to assure that the Festiva properties maintain the excellence we purchased.
Church Street Inn is by far one of the nicer ones and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Be prepared to pay to park in the very convenient parking garage right around the corner. They set you up at daily rate of $20 per day upon check in.
Two bedrooms units at this location are impossible to book.
The one bedroom units say they will sleep four but it would be very tight and inconvenient with four adults. Master Bedroom is at top of stairs with no door for privacy.
It has a pull out sofa in a small living/dining room.

Room Tip: We preferred to be on the Market Street side to have the balcony.
