Came into town for a business trip and decided to stay here. The rooms were clean and I had an overall wonderful visit. The lady at the front desk, Karen, is phenomenal! Not only is she pleasant & friendly she is Very knowledgeable about this facility and made my experience staying here the best that it could be! This lady deserves a raise!

Staff disinterested in my request. Asked for a double and received a queen. Room smelled old and dirty. Looked and felt like a flea bag pay by the hour room. Don't waste your time stopping here unless you want to chance bed bugs. Breakfast was a joke! Wyndham needs to monitor properties that have their name on them. This hotel is just gross.
I am disappointed to learn that you are not happy with your stay at my hotel. first of all, I did not understand that u did not get the room u requested then why stayed. Another is I am sure u inspect the room upon arrival and it seem that bad as u sound why u did not complain during ur stay to my staff. I have full confidence on my staff loyalty and dedication. I am sure if u would have brought to their attention the problem have been resolve by either changing room or given full refund. Thank you for your business and inputs.
Wonderful stay. I'll be back again to stay there. Staff is awesome hotel is clean. Rooms are big and clean and easily nice. I loved this place. I'll be telling everyone that if they go to Gaffney that they need to stay here

Hotel booked by mistake through Wyndham. Called to cancel after arriving in Gaffney at other Wyndham hotel but was charged for 4 nights. Manager said they were busy and did not know I never arrived. Took me 5 months to get a refund.
Be care when you give them your credit card number.

This hotel offended me as a woman, and made it an uncomfortable stay for myself, my spouse, and his crew. The rooms were disgusting, with hair on the floor and sheets. One week and never offered clean linens!
I am disappointed to learn your opinion about my hotel and my stuff. first of all, we have respect for all our guest because I consider my guest is god. I am in business because of my guest so I would not even dream of disrespect any of my guest regardless men or women or children. second thing u said about cleaning issues. I just don't understand why u did not complain during your stay and put up with dirty room for week without one single complain. AS u can read in my previous reviews about my stuff how they go above and beyond to provide service to my guest. I wish u pointed to dirty room issues to my stuff during your stay they would cleaned for u. Thank you for your business.
Large clean room, nice mattress, good shower, couch, microwave, refrig, quiet, parking outside my door and breakfast. Very nice lady at check in. Beautiful lobby. Lots of eating places in close proximity. Convenient from and to expressway. Cheap gas at this exit. Highly recommend for the price. See photos once posted.
