Don't ever take for granted how you are welcomed into a Hotel, I had a previous experience that makes me appreciate the people at the Hilton Head Garden Inn. Sam was always ready with a smile and did whatever sh could to make your stay feel like you are visiting a friend. I can tell that they have had hard times, the bathtub had some patching that was not the best, but everything else was very pleasant. It is not on the Island itself, but so close that you learn to appreciate the drive over the bridge.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a lovely time. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The gentleman working the breakfast was outstanding. He was Essentially a one man show. Friendly and helpful. Place was clean and well maintained. Only received room clean upon request as per the pandemic changes. Room was comfortable and nice location for many restaurants and shops.

Room tip: Parking in the lot or underneath.

This hotel is disappointing. The room is small and drab. The price was inaccurate on the website. The toilet seat could not be raised to the up position. The room sounded like a giant plane taking off. The “free internet” wasn’t free. Awful.

Acceptable for group event but nothing special, hotel under renovation .
Group of 20 in town for a family wedding, spent several thousand dollars on rooms.
4th floor rooms have been renovated , 3rd floor under renovation and water interrupted for
Several hours on a Saturday.
First floor carpet worn, exercise and meeting rooms in good shape.
Pricey a la carte breakfast , free coffee in lobby in the am.
Overall, would try a different place in future for a group gathering.

We did renovate our guest rooms about 3 years ago, although our next renovations will not be for a few more years to our other areas in the hotel. Since we are Hilton Honors members, we were able to come and go from our room without seeing anyone! Seamless! Very clean and very quiet. Really convenient location to the Bluffton Area as well as Hilton Head. We will definitely return! Feel very safe!

Room tip: Be aware of the best method to come and go from this property. Fording Island Road is very busy and the traffic is going very fast.
